1. Service provider

The website scuolavideo.com and its subdomains are operated by Scuola Video (the "Provider").

  • P.IVA: 04531990986
  • Email: info@scuolavideo.com
  • Phone / WhatsApp: +39 379 168 2446

2. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the Scuola Video platform, which offers online video courses in multiple languages (workplace safety, logistics, driving licence, language, real estate, professional skills) and related completion certificates. Use of the site and purchase of courses imply full acceptance of these Terms.

3. Definitions

  • User: anyone who accesses or uses the platform.
  • Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession (Art. 3 Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).
  • Course: digital content in the form of video lessons, quizzes and materials accessible via streaming.

4. Registration and account

To purchase and access courses you must register an account with accurate, up-to-date information. Access may be via email or a code sent via WhatsApp to the number provided. The User is responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under their account.

5. Prices, purchase and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where required. The purchase is completed upon order confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Provider does not directly process card data. After payment the User receives confirmation and course access via email and/or WhatsApp.

6. Right of withdrawal and digital content

Under Arts. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. However, as this is digital content provided by streaming, the User acknowledges and agrees that starting to use the course before the withdrawal period expires, with express consent, forfeits the right of withdrawal under Art. 59, letter o), of the Consumer Code. Before use begins, withdrawal may be exercised by writing to info@scuolavideo.com.

7. Content licence

Upon purchase, the Provider grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access courses by streaming for personal, non-commercial use only. It is prohibited to download, record, reproduce, distribute, resell or share content. Videos are delivered via Bunny Stream with protection measures.

8. Certificates

Upon course completion and, where applicable, passing the final quiz, the User may obtain a completion certificate. This certifies completion on the platform and does not in itself constitute a professional qualification, official certification or fulfilment of legal training obligations, except where expressly stated and recognised by applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

All content (videos, text, trademarks, logos, graphics, software) is owned by the Provider or its licensors and protected by copyright and industrial property law. No rights are granted except the use licence in §7.

10. User obligations

The User agrees not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to circumvent security measures, not to share credentials and not to infringe third-party rights.

11. Service availability and exclusions

The Provider endeavours to ensure service continuity but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages is excluded; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory Consumer rights.

12. Suspension and termination

The Provider may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these Terms or the law. The User may stop using the service at any time.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For Consumers, the non-waivable jurisdiction is the courts of the Consumer's place of residence or domicile. For non-Consumers, the courts of Brescia have jurisdiction.

14. Online dispute resolution (ODR)

Consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to the Terms

The Provider may amend these Terms; changes will be published on this page with the relevant date. For purchases already made, the Terms in force at the time of purchase apply.

16. Personal data processing

Data processing is described in Scuola Video's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
