Scuola Video is an online video course platform for workers: language, safety, logistics, driving licence prep, and professional skills. Courses are in Italian, English, and Spanish.

Yes. Each course has free preview lessons on the course page in the catalog. Click «Start free preview» to watch right away.

After enrolment, sign in to the learner area at area.scuolavideo.com with the same account (phone/email used at checkout).

Use the same email or WhatsApp number you entered at checkout. If you forgot your login details, email info@scuolavideo.com with your order email.

Open the course page and click «Enrol in course». Complete payment with Stripe; access is activated after confirmation.

Content and interface in Italian, English, and Spanish. Some driving licence courses are also in Urdu/Hindi.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit and debit cards). Scuola Video does not store card details.

You have a 14-day withdrawal period if you have not started using the course. After starting digital content, withdrawal is not available as stated at checkout. Email info@scuolavideo.com for help.

After payment you receive an order confirmation by email. For a named invoice, email info@scuolavideo.com with your billing details and order email.

On course completion you receive a downloadable PDF certificate in the learner area. You can verify it at scuolavideo.com/certificato/verifica.

Make sure you are signed in to the learner area and finish lessons completely. If the issue continues, contact us with your account email.

If the course includes a final quiz, the certificate is issued only after you pass the required score. You can retake the quiz from the learner area.

Try refreshing, using an updated browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), and a stable connection. If it persists, email info@scuolavideo.com with the course and lesson name.

Yes. The learner area works on phones, tablets, and computers. Use an updated browser and, if possible, a stable Wi‑Fi connection for video.
